2.Middle two hours of sleep
The middle two hours of sleep is when melatonin is increased. Melatonin is a hormone that is responsible for regulating your circadian rhythm (sleep/wake patterns), but also act as an antioxidant that helps protect the skin from damaging free radicals.

3.Final three hours
In the final three hours the level of cortisol (aka the stress hormone) decreases. The skin's temperature also drops to its lowest point allowing muscles to relax and become immobile, giving skin its deepest recovery of night.

So its better to take an adequate 8 hours sleep for a healthy skin.

5. Do Exercise:


Exercise is not just for keeping your body in shape but its a good way of keeping your skin healthy and fresh. Exercise can do wonders for your skin. During exercise the blood circulation is increased throughout the body, this leads oxygen and nutrients being carried to skin cells. 

Exercise can also ease stress and this will help in improving your skin health. stress is a bad factor for your mental health as well as your skin health, so by doing exercise the stress level goes down and it help your skin to recover from the damage caused by stress.
