Skin is not only the largest organ but also the most sensitive organ too. Everyone has different type of skin and they should know how to handle the skin according to its sensitivity and type. 3 basic types of skin are:

Skin is a sensitive organ and you need to handle it carefully. Jagged, crushes nuts can cause tiny lacerations in the skin, so you should avoid them. Your skin clearly depicts how often you can use scrub like:
  1. If you have oily skin, you can scrub upto 3 times a week.

  3. If you have sensitive skin, you can scrub it once in a month.
So, "DON'T USE SCRUB MORE."

Your skin can show your eating habits. If you eat healthy you will have glowing and fresh skin. If you eat junk your skin will have more acne issues. You should include fruits and vegetables into your daily routine to have a good and healthy skin. so, "DO EAT HEALTHY."

>Don't Rely On Beauty drinks:

Commercial drinks that promise healthy skins can hydrate you, but there aren't enough vitamins and antioxidants to actually make visible difference. Try to drink fresh juices instead that hydrates your body and is healthy for your skin too. So, "DON'T RELY ON BEAUTY DRINKS"

>Do Get Enough Sleep:

It's no secret that 7-8 hours sleep is ideal, that why its called Beauty Sleep. Every single cell in your body requires sleep to repair from any damage encountered during the day. So, "DO GET ADEQUATE SLEEP"
